# Website terms of use

These terms apply when you use navo.au, the Navo Decision Engine and the Navo calculators (the site). The site is operated by Blackrock Leasing Pty Ltd ABN 15 681 267 818 trading as Navo (Australian Credit Licence 569484) ("Navo", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

## What the site does

The site asks about the car you want, your circumstances and your goals, and works out indicative figures for ways to pay for it: a novated lease, a car loan and a business loan. It shows the option that fits what you told us, and why.

Results are general information and indicative only. They are not an offer of credit, a credit assessment, a quote, or tax, legal or financial product advice. Our Disclaimer explains what the figures are based on.

## Using the site

You agree to:

- give answers that are true to the best of your knowledge;
- use the site for your own enquiry, or on behalf of someone who has asked you to;
- not copy, scrape, or make automated or bulk requests to the site or the Navo Decision Engine;
- not try to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt or get around the security of the site or the engine;
- not use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.

Businesses that want to show Navo on their own website or app need a written agreement with us and their own access key.

## Going ahead

If you choose an option and send us your details, a specialist will contact you to confirm your figures. Nothing happens until you say so. Any finance is subject to the lender's assessment and its own terms. Before we arrange credit you will receive our Credit Guide and, where the law requires it, a credit quote and a preliminary assessment.

## Intellectual property

The Navo name and mark, the site, its content and the Navo Decision Engine belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, adapt or publish them otherwise without our written permission.

## Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw it, or any part of it, at any time. The rules, rates and assumptions the engine uses change over time, so the same answers may give different figures on a different day.

## Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as government or regulator sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

## Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on indicative figures or general information on the site, or from the site being unavailable. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time you use it applies.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
